Answer 1:
We do not intend to do this unless the products you are comparing are of the same quality and offer the same support and warranty at a minimum. We decide whose products we apply our best price policy too, but if the product or company is on our 'hit list' we guarantee to beat their pricing every single time without compromise to quality or service offered.

Our standard warranty for manufacturing defects is three years.

Our communications equipment for staff is specifically developed in Dallas TX, USA and utilises some very unique features including special protocols so that others cannot take advantage of our products. If you have J-Tech, HME or any other non LRS brand then we cannot support those products and our equipment is not compatible by design.
Answer 4:
No. Setup is completely free. While many companies 'add profit' to their sale by charging for 'custom setups' we do not charge for that service. No matter how complex you need a solution we never charge for the programming of equipment. If you need a reprogram later, then we may, at our discretion, charge for programme changes to your system. However, if ordered online through our shop then there is a setup charge for some items.
Answer 5:
All of our systems and pagers are completely compliant to European and USA standards such as CE and RoHS. This costs LRS substantial money in ensuring that any solution you buy from LRS UK is legal and safe for use. Cheap Chinese 'competitive' products sold by others often suggest CE & R0HS compliance with these important approvals, but in reality often operate on illegal frequencies (endangering life), have zero compliance (contrary to their documents) and have been known to be unsafe to use.
Answer 6:
Yes we do. We can dispose of any end of life products that we have sold effectively and with safety to protect the environment.
Answer 7:
Yes you do. However, we can handle that for you if you want at no extra cost. The license is available from Ofcom (in the UK) for a cost of £75.00 for five years. We do not charge for submission if you buy the equipment from us other than the Ofcom fee. Other companies will sell the license to you for £75 for three years and claim their license is 'better'. In reality there is no difference except that you will be paying them more.
Answer 8:
The way to achieve this is with a leasing agreement. We handle the submission for you and you can spread the cost easily over one, two, three, four or five years depending on the initial cost of the system you need. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be accepted by the leasing company as we have no control over that aspect.
